Literature Text

I have the perfect paper knees.
Dears, I don't mean to worry with my absence! I'm working out my final few days at my second job. Needless to say: some of you were right. So I decided I'd much rather put my effort somewhere it'd be appreciated. It'll be nice just to have only one job, again, too.
Hope you're doing well! Feel free to note me: I notice those a lot faster than reply stacks. Here's a six word story! (:
(again: what category does this even go in?)

The imagery within these words is quite striking.

I love how it connects with the title so much, with the complimentary visuals combined, creating a moment of perfection.

Origami is something I am rubbish at artistically, though it does inspire me from time to time, within my own work:

A Chorus of Blue-Eyed Birdsfolds in paper
soft crimping sound
angles and lines
symmetry joined
shapes and sizes
identical surprises
litter the desk
amidst the sound
little sucking pops
over open book
lined pages shown
shadows of shapes
grown long
in surrounded design
*click!*
the switch is flicked
blue eyes sparkling
in multiplication
alighting
the title of the scene
written in felt-tip pen:
"A Chorus of Blue-Eyed Birds"

I've sent you a request to share your wonderful poem with :iconfeature-it-monday:
