OW - thoughts from a treehugger

when I say I am obsessed with trees, you will look at me oddly. I will tell you it really isn't that odd of a devotion: trees are regrowth and defiance. Next time you're sad, look at a tree. As weird as it sounds, a pine tree saved my life, once. So trees, man. Just, trees.

A beautiful carrot told me I should experiment since I've felt very disappointed in my writing, lately. I do think he was right: I write the deep darks when I'm upset, the  profound (though this is heavily debatable: I'm just a potato) when I am hurting. It's probably been hard for me to write, lately, because I've actually been sort of happy (: so I thought I'd just share my thoughts and see where that gets me. These will be going into an experimental folder and a oneword folder. I write a lot on oneword, but they're spontaneous jumbles, but Sam always says I should share... so. I'll put "OW" in the title to let you know it's from oneword, if you wish to skip over it. (why yes, "ow" is so if it hurts your soul to read, it kind of turns into a funny joke xD)

I hope you are all well. I have been having work drama a bit, and grief has struck my friend group.. I will be more sporadic than usual, but I am content. I am just doing what I can. I love your notes, as always! I am replying as I can. Much love!
